FLKS Budget Basic insurance (natura-select)
FLKS Budget is our simplest insurance. With FLKS Budget, you can only visit a limited number of selected hospitals and healthcare providers. In addition, you are insured for all must-haves in terms of care, such as visits to the GP, emergency care and prescription medication. Just the basics, in other words. This is how we keep the premium low.
This is what FLKS Budget reimburses in 2024
- 100% reimbursement at a select number of hospitals and all care providers with whom we have a contract;
- 75% reimbursement of the average contracted rate at hospitals that are not selected;
- 70% reimbursement of the average contracted rate at other healthcare providers without a contract;
- Emergency care in all hospitals;
- Visit to the general practitioner;
- Treatment in hospital;
- Ambulance and other patient transport;
- Medical specialists;
- Maternity care and obstetric assistance;
- Physiotherapy for chronic conditions;
- Psychological assistance.

FLKS Beter is a more comprehensive basic insurance with more freedom of choice. With FLKS Beter, you are covered for all basic care such as visits to the GP, emergency care and prescription drugs. In addition, you can visit all contracted hospitals and healthcare providers: in the Netherlands. So with FLKS Beter, you decide where to go. Very convenient if you need a lot of care in the coming year.

- 100% reimbursement for all care providers with whom we have contract;
- 80% reimbursement of the average contracted rate for care providers without a contract;
- Emergency care in all hospitals;
- Visit to the general practitioner;

Supplementary insurance
Do you need more care than just the basic? Then opt for our supplementary insurance. Then you will also receive coverage for dental accidents, physiotherapy and care abroad, among other things.
These are our supplementary insurances in 2024
Dental care after an accident
Emergency dental care after an accident. However, up to a maximum of €10,000 per calendar year.
Abroad
Full reimbursement for urgent care abroad, including the US and Canada.
Physiotherapy
Played too hard or got arm cramps from all those selfies? Then we will reimburse 9 physiotherapy treatments per year.
Dental care
Reimbursement of 75% up to a maximum of €150 per year. Useful for the half-yearly check-up, a visit to the dental hygienist or filling cavities.
Glasses or contact lenses
Do you wear glasses or contact lenses? At FLKS we reimburse a maximum of € 100 (per 3 calendar years) for glasses and/or contact lenses.
Good to know: with our supplementary insurance policies, you do not pay any excess and there is no medical selection.
